RL- Pirate ships

We worked with our partners and took turns.
Today at Forest school we made pirate ships for our boat race next week. We use wood and tools to make our models.
Trae's mum was an expert! Thank you for coming to our Forest school.

" I want the same size" Grayson

" I want 20 cm for my mast" Annie

"We need oars to row the ship" Francis

It was a little noisy in the Forest today because we were all hammering  to make our ships

At some point, we had to turn our ships upside down! It was fun.

" We need a door" Caspian

RS- Pirate ships

Today at Forest School we made pirate ships made out of wood and fabric. We use our skills to use the tools to help us with this project. We are hoping to have a boat race next week and test the power of our boats.

We worked together in a team

"I think i will win the race" Dylan

We worked as a team too!

We used our peeling skills to peel our carrot for fruit time. Yum

We use our mesauring skills to measure the mast before attaching the sail

We decided to have 20cm

And then we had to cut the mast to make it shorter
