Family Day 28th April 2018

A huge thanks to all the parents/children and friends of Bonneville for given up their Saturday and worked very hard to transform our Forest School area. We couldn't have done it without you.

We had fresh bread to keep us going on what was going to be a wet day.

We reused old wheels and pallet wood to make a trolley.

Our chicken coop. We used an old garden shed and turn it into the coop area. We made a chicken run using old pallet wood and part of a cot.

Our new pond! Can you identify what we used for the gate?

We created a bug tower to provide more affordable housing for our bugs.

We reused old terracotta pots to make a new feature for our growing area.

We moved a massive bag of sand to fill our sand pit. Look how fresh it looks.

We trimmed our bushes to make new walk ways and secret hid outs.

Izzy and Zack's dad worked non stop on the chicken coop team.

This looks interesting. I wonder what it does?

Hannah worked with dad to make a bug tower.

Ross's dad installed the taps in our new mud kitchen. We now have running water and no excuse to wash up after ourselves.

Iolanda's mum worked hard to prepare the fence to be painted.

It was very impressive the way Alfie's and Jake's dad reused an old cot to make the fencing around our pond. We now welcome Frogs, fish, newts and many more creatures to live in Clapham.

Hunter and Sacha's dad worked on the chicken coop after helping clear all the sand.

Thanks to Thomas and Harry's dad we now have a door in our green house.

Evan was able to clear areas for the children to explore and also created a green waste heap to save us putting it in a normal bin.

The girls got to test a chair they made.

Tiama' mum and dad built a trolley for the children to transport resources in the playground.

Iolanda's and Oli's dad worked hard to fix our bike shed and install a security system.

Artemis mum and dad were in charge of making a new scarecrow. Look how smart he look with the Bonneville uniform.
