Year 3 T - End of term treat and counting 120 sticks!!!

Year 3 wanted to have a treat. They asked for fire to keep worm and so they were given the task to collect enough sticks for the fire.

The task was to have 2 teams and each needed 60 sticks. The fastest team would be the winners!

That's 60 sticks....apparently. 

It was hard work but it was worth it!

Year 6- End of term treat and Mannequin challenge

RN Making fire and drinking hot chocolate

"I will try using my hand and just 1 stick" Ruby

Mrs Da Silva had to use a Bill hook to cut some of the wood for the fire

We used a pan in the fire to worm up our milk 

"I can lick all the hot chocolate from the cup with my fingers" Dominic

We had to gather wood for the fire.

Lydia and Sam counted their sticks independently 

Tim:" I found the longest stick"

we decided to rub two sticks together an see if we could make a spark! It didn't work this time.
